Simple AMX commands

Is there a plugin that allows admins to change simple commands such as timelimit, freezetime, startmoney, friendlyfire, etc.,?

You can edit /addons/amxx/configs/cvars.ini and add whatever settings u want after each command and change it in an easy way trough the basic menu ingame.

However, you do need the cvar_flag added in your admin account to have access for this kinda changes.
