jtp, would you be able to tell me how you put those additional links like "Home" "SuperHereos" and "Documentation"
on the forum? I currently have my own forum with the same template, "subSilver", and i was wondering how i could do that... also how did u make your superhero mod logo center over the links?

find the file in the templates/subsilver folder called header.tpl open with a text editor and edit the area where the links are, add html code for links...

at least I think thats what it was, i haven't worked on a phpbb in sometime...

ionoclast, i think your like me with getting free phpBB forums...

they give you no control. you cant even have custom rank images and stuff. forumer is the best one i believe even despite that

yeah, they are pretty damn awesome considering there are no banners, but do you think they would be willing to put the rank images on if we were to email them? also you think they would send me the "header.tpl" so i can edit it then send it back to them...?

from what i have read on the site it seems awesome... but the one thing i was trying to avoid were the banners.... i guess 1 on the bottom of the page isnt bad though

EDIT... how long does it take them to send that email...

when i first started there it took me about 2 hrs to get an email.

hold up on getting a forumer forum.

im getting this error when i go to it.

"The connection was refused when attempting to contact clankanu.6.foumer.com."

Maybe I overran the bandwidth, if so that is REAlly crappy bandwidth.

could someone go there and see if it works?
