The xp dosnt load on my server and i dont know why...?

sometimes it does but thats not as it shall....

It load on a special way or what its calld in english...

Only Not Binded heros working...?

P.S got amx 9.7 Superhero mod V. 1.17.5

P.P.S I Used the Auto installer But dony know how to install newer Versions..

Can you help me with that?...
