!ws !knife plugins on point

hello guys, i'm using [Levels Ranks] Core v2.3.6 plugin and it has points and elo. also i'm using !knife !ws !glove plugin and its public for all guys. how can i change it example: when 1 guy will get mg1 rank, he has access on this plugins (knife,ws,glove). I want a threshold for this 3 plugins.
