I am running the latest version of sourcemod as well as the latest version of Zephyrus's store plugin for CS:GO. I have done hours of research to try and find the answer to this question, but have been unable to find one.

Since we are only allowed 6 custom flags, I wanted to make titles through the shop plugin. This would allow me to assign a steamid the title instead of the whole flag. That way I could conserve my flags to only use 4 instead of all of them.

How would I go about setting up items for a certain Steam ID only? Thank you in advance.

SOLVED.

For anyone wondering how to assign titles for a steamid, admin group, flag, or etc. This plugin works perfectly. The only problem is as of now I do not think there is a "bridge" for Zephyrus's shop plugin and this plugin. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2566623
