hey all ! so i want to make for everyone a special (password field)

example : for player 1 : setinfo _pw "blabla"

for player 2 : setinfo _alliedmodders "blabla" ...

for player 3 : setinfo _amxx "blabla" ...

each player has his personnal password field

and thanks ! sorry for bad english

That makes no sense. You'll need to better explain what exactly you are wanting to do with this.

It makes perfect sense. He wants a different password field for each player so he can have better password protection.

Steam already has strong password protection. So, use SteamID for authentication and you'll have strong password protection.

In fact, your request would require that you already have a reliable unique identification system at which point, you don't need any extra protection.

In fact, your request is really no different than requiring a longer/multi-part password.
