i7 4790k 4x 4.0Ghz
2x 120 GB SSD
32GB ram
200 MBps

The question is whether the power of a dedicated server is enough for 2 CS GO game server, with 30 slots and 128 tik.

Csgo servers only run on 1 core, So you will have no problem running more then 1 server

Depends greatly on too many factors to get an approximate for something like this. Number of players, bots, spectators, at round start(?), is the map well optimized, what plugins, etc etc.
