sv_server_graphic when player is alive?

Hi,
I'm just wondering if it's possible to get "sv_server_graphic1" to show also when player is alive, not only spectating, is there any trick for it? I saw it on one prophunt server in a youtube vid.

I believe he is talking about an r_screenoverlay.
