[CS:GO] Lag spike on ZR Server

I'm installed ZR mod with 45 bots for test stable 64 slots server, it's too lagggggy.

Lag situation is when spamming infect each other, , BUT sv/var fine, CPU usage is also fine(80~85%), no chat lag.

So strange.. How can fix this?

I saw it on many servers (which have nmore than 50 players on it) and if they shoot all at the same time their servers get laggy..
I dont know if it get better if you have very expensive dedicated server...

I'm currently host with E3-1230V2 So old CPU

, Tested non MM+SM installed server with 45 bots, SV/VAR spike to red. So I just decided to waiting for revieve i7-6700k.
