I need a plugin that when the player says !rules pop-up a boad with the rules...

This could be done with KeyHintText, or ShowHudText, else panels as "EasSidezz" said can be used as a replacement.

I run this on all of my servers, all latest sm 1.7.3... Not sure how you have all these plugin issues when no one else does

Edit: In fact, I just re-downloaded it, compiled it successfully, and threw it on my test server that didn't have it, and it worked 100% fine. Possibly your rules.cfg isn't placed in the right directory or has the wrong format?

dont show more them 3 rules... its a know problem just read the pages of the thread.

any ideas guys? can someone help find a good rules plugin?
