[CSGO] Need help with crashes on my server.

So my server has been having random crashes atleast 5 a day in the past 3-4 days.
I have a crash ID here,

I dont know what I should look after can anyone help me out please?

I have latest build on sourcemod and meta mod.

server.so!FinishClientPutInServer(CCSPlayer*) + 0xd

Looks like a plugin that handles FinishClientPutInServer is culprit.

I believe that there's a newer version of ckSurf that fixes it.

Anyway got it to work by updating CKsurf.
