Register Event only for certain plugin?

Is it possible to use

PHP Code:


			
register_event("Damage", "on_damage", "b", "2!0", "3=0", "4!0")

only on certain weapon like bazooka? Im using this event for damage displaying

There is no event called "Death", it is called "DeathMsg". See here.
