Hi i tested my connection by sb_debug_connection.php and results:

[+] SourceBans "Error Connecting()" Debug starting for server 91.185.185.87:27094

[+] Trying to establish UDP connection
[+] UDP connection successfull!
[+] Trying to write to the socket
[+] Successfully requested server info. (That doesn't mean anything on an UDP stream.) Reading...
[-] Error getting server info. Can't read from UDP stream. Port is possibly blocked.

[+] Trying to establish TCP connection
[+] TCP connection successfull!
[+] Trying to write to TCP socket and authenticate via rcon
[+] Successfully sent authentication request. Reading...
[+] Got an response!
[+] Password correct!

Thats mean the UDP socked is closet where I have hosted my tf2 serwer (91.185.185.87:27094) or UDP socket is blocked where is my web host (www) where i have installed sourcbans ? And what UDP socket must be open to read UDP stream ?

I don't think there are any shared game server hosts that block sourcebans and I believe the same can be said about dedicated hosts as well. Who is your web host? Who is your game host? Have you made sure you didn't pick a host that is on the sb blacklist posted here?

My tf2 serwer host is
http://mojeserwery.pl/

So i must write to support of my tf2 serwer host to open udp socket 27094 on my webhost ip (87.98.239.16 -> my ip on http://www.ovh.pl/ ) ? Or I must write to my webhost to open udp socket 27094 on my tf2 serwer ip 91.185.185.87? Or both ?
