I am using a module Buy Respawn in CSGO.

Is there a way I can make my server automatically give everyone who joins ONE of those, but only for a certain map?

There's one map that's pretty long... it's got a 30 minute time limit. In the beginning you fall off a platform. It has no fall damage, but on occasion it is bugged and you die.

You then have to exit the server and rejoin.
