We are trying to figure out how to simple replace old steam ids in our database to their new ids. Yes hlstats is tracking the new ids however since it is different it gives each player a new player id and ideally we would want to simply transfer all current points/ranks etc from the old steam ids to their respective new ids. I'm certain there is a way to do this I just can't find it. Anyone able to help?

Thanks I'll give this a shot, must have missed it cause we've been frantically trying to fix this

Well that converted all old ids to the new id, but when a player joins it still creates an extra player id with their old steam id.
It will even show two of me if I join the server.

Did you executed the SQL command? You shouldn't if you already executed the PHP script. Just make the changes that you can see under 'And replacing the $uniqueid in hlstats.pl sub getPlayerInfo with this.'

At that point I had made so many changes that it's hard to say what was done. Looks like my dev reverted to a previous backup and tried again and now it seems to be working with old steam ids just fine.
