[CS:GO] net_splitpacket_maxrate disappeared?

Hi guys,

Some time in the last few CS:GO updates I've noticed a lot of server performance issues that were long dead and buried by tweaking some rates/net cvars like world damage/nuke lag for example. The biggest fix was setting net_splitpacket_maxrate to something large like 128000.

I typed this into the server just to make sure it was still set correctly and look what spat out:

[SM] Unable to find cvar: net_splitpacket_maxrate

I can't find any references to this being removed, but does anyone know if it has a new equivalent cvar:

Interesting. Valve doing sneaky business as usual and screwing us server owners over. Have you tried talking to Ido at CSGO Mailing List about it?

That's probably my next stop now that you mention it, is he likely to respond to a personal email or do I have to confront the entire list to get a response? Also he's been silent the last few updates so I hope he's still around.

Better if they have remove that cvar and rate limit.
If game not lag anymore, why worry.
