I need someone who can properly customise an admin menu.

So from a full menu made by pRED to something like proper classy and blingy for every command.

Here are a few examples:

I slap someone and they actually get slapped by something, an effect or a hand or something.

Like basically turns in to a fun admin mod, new effects and what not, if you think you can hack it please do PM me.

PS: You have to have done this sort of stuff before, dont want people experimenting too much, just need you on the ball.

Budget is to be discussed.
