basically I'd like to hire a coder for some plugins to write/edit.

That means you make the work, and get payed for it...
Since i actually don't know much about making plugins and i don't want anything to get fu*ked up, im offering $$$ for fulfilling my requests...

You should do your own research for who you consider to be a good and respectable scripter. Don't assume that anybody that says "I'm a good scripter" is actually what they say they are.

True, but I'm not familiar with the AMXModX API. I'd also probably make a lot of bad assumptions because I usually deal with Source games.
