Ha crap!
My cookie are lost each time I reload the plugin (and I'm connected to server.) !
How can I fix this ?

OnClientPutInServer is potentially too early to check for cookies. Use OnClientCookiesCached

Do you have something that fetches client cookies when the plugin is loaded?
If not you will probably overwrite cookies on a lateload.

I have put my code here. What's wrong ? I think nothing is late loaded.

"Late load" likely refers to the plugin starting AFTER players have joined the server. This is usually what happens during the initial installation ("sm plugins load levelHUD") but can potentially occur during other times, especially if a server dev likes to manually load/unload plugins for whatever reason.
