Changes doesn't take effect using the web interface

Sourcebans is working perfectly when I add a ban on my server, it is added and shown in the web version. However if I add a ban or remove a ban from the web interface, it doesn't take effect.

Any idea why could this be happening?

Does rcon work from the web panel?

Go to Admin Panel -> Server Settings -> Rcon

That option doesn't exists. It says: "To view the database config file you need to upload to your game server, click here. and "

Have you inserted the correct RCON password when you in the above case click "edit"?
Does RCON work inside your game?

Open console and write:
rcon_address your_server_ip:port
rcon_password your_server_password
rcon status

And it should output your servers status in case it works
