Need IT team 5-10 Techies for new community

LOOKING for IT group of 5-10 IT Techs to start community
Server resources would be much appreciated, web design and server setup know how is a must, looking for experience for you to bring to the table. I have a 8-core machine looking to put into colocation, and the group im representing already has a few VM's up and running CSGO. Looking for High-speed IT specialists, I myself have an IT specialist diploma and am A+ certified and working towards MCP microsoft cert.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY if you know what your talking about and aged 17+ really need web designers and ppl good with writing scripts for servers and more.

Im also am trying to work with charter to get fiber to my home so i dont have to fuck with the troubles of colocation. Put in a 4 post rack and start adding machines.

The group i represent has a FQDN some VM's and a few other things up and running, but i think it needs a re-do from a fresh start as far as the webpage goes. please contact me [email protected]

You're going to need to offer fairly hefty rewards for this kind of thing. Most people here already have a job and it sounds like you're looking for full-time workers. Also, how many servers are you expecting to run? 5-10 techs are waaaay overkill unless you're running upwards of 50 servers.

Yeah... One person can setup and manage most/all of the machines themself if they know what they are doing...
If they do it properly, only minimal maintenence will ever be required, most of which could just be done via ssh.

Te question is, what are you offering/what exactly do you need/why do you think you need so many people.
