[REQ] Players Drop Health

hello,
in my opinon every one know the plugin of Players Drop money ! So waht i need is a plugin that when palyers die they drop health ! other players can take that health ! so it gives him X hp ! (controlled by cvar)
Also, add a cvar to controll MAX hp !

Yeah i can make that plugin tonight i dont got the time right now
