It's a Virtual Private Server (VPS).

I read some tutorial about rates, but seems they are for servers for servers who are running de_ maps.
If it's nessesery to change tickrate i will use Tickrate_Enabler.

100 tickrates can sometimes be buggy. Here are some rates for 100 tickrate

These rates below is decent for 66 tickrate

I tried to put 100 tick rate and when I put in server 30 bots i have massive lag.

You said it's a VPS, does the VPS have access to the whole CPU? If not you might not have enough CPU power to run a server that big.
