have a new server and i don't no how to get my bomb countdowen an my buzkill and so on

amx_cvarmenu or whatever the command is to get the cvar menu up.

Do it in console.

i look in my console amx_cvar but it just gives chane map time and friendly fire nothing about bomb countdown or buzzkill and stuff
