I don`t know how to fix this. The fps on my server go up and down up and down . Please i want little help. Bad english i know

Your FPS on the HLDS will go up and down with the player numbers, as the player count increases the FPS will drop.

This is especially true as you are boosting the server way beyond what is a reasonable frame rate for the connected players. Silly high FPS dont work! and I cant be harased to explain why (For the thousandth time)

Try starting the server with a sys_ticrate 120 and then that shoud give you a stable FPS of around 101.

101 FPS is absolutely fine, you should have good hit registry and good game play at that.

Set your rates to max 20000 and min 3000. You should find thats perfect.
