hi guys i am looking for a plugin in which when u write /paidadmin or /freeadmin in chat
a box (the box when u connect a server displying server info) will open and give info for that. please tell me if there is a plugin for that! and i also need an auto rate setting plugin so when a person connects my sv his rates get automatically set as per server.
for exampe when u type in zm /vip the box appears showing benifits of vip! just like that thnnxx in advance

Changing player setting without their permission is slowhacking and it's NOT allowed.

You can already do this via server.cfg:

sv_minrate
sv_maxrate
sv_minupdaterate
sv_maxupdaterate

and what about "x" (/paidadmin etc.) command which opes a box displaying info?
