my pc not starting

when i on my pc after 5 minutes or 10 minutes it restarts and the screen gets blank and i have to re plug my power supply cable to on it again

Ensure that you didn't overclock your CPU.
To reset BIOS settings, remove battery from motherboard then add it again after ten minutes.
Start your PC.

also, install another OS in another partition, to be sure if it's a sorftware or hardware problem.

Is you cpu fan working? Is something overheating? Check your temperatures!

Control Panel/Power Options/Edit Plan Settings/Change advanced power settings/
change all options to never or never sleep. Also, your computer is old... ; )
