Invisable zombies?

So apparently people who come into my server say they can't see the zombies using version 3.0.0-b2
my hierarchy on my download server looks like this


Um list of plugins would be:


I don't know what im doing wrong. Any help?

make sure you have all (and I mean ALL) of the required files in the correct folders... and double check your fast download site and make sure it has all (and I mean ALL) of the required files (if you use fast download (sv_downloadurl)).

Besides that, make sure you have either "sv_pure 0" or if you have anything other than 0, you have to allow the custom content to be used in your white list file

The SV_downloadurl works because people and join and download the maps but they report seeing invisable zombies w/ only the shadow showing and their knifes and recently now they see them as purple and black. so w/o the models. sv_pure is 0. still require help and is there anything missing in the picture that i should add to my web server?

well... if you have all of the files in the correct place, then make sure your models.txt and playerclasses.txt is setup correctly

okay so i figured something out, the download.txt file in addons/sourcemod/config/zr paths to materials/models/player/zh and materials/overlays/zr and i looked on my web server yet i dont have either of those folders for my fast dl so i add them in, set sv_consistency 1, tell said person to join and yet they still see no models. im i missing something?

Check error logs in addons/sourcemod/logs to be sure ZR isn't complaining about something.

Which doesn't seem to be anything but if you find anything do tell.

Edit:Another thing i removed the bin / addons folder from the webserver since they didn't seem like anything people had to download and where taking up potential space as i am only granted 10k files and 15kmb but if there is something then tell me so i can re add them.

What game are you trying to run Zombie:Reloaded on? If it can't find m_nRenderMode maybe you're trying to run it on something other than CS:S?

Your FastDL site only needs to host files that are "extra" and not included in the game by default. So you don't need the bin folder on your FastDL server at all... also, you don't need the default maps/materials/models/sounds either - just those extra ones.

Also, make sure the files on your FastDL are in the .bz2 format
