This is the offical qQp plugin for the -=qQp=- servers. Since i've used parts of code on here and haven't kept track of it all don't approve this plugin. I'm just releasing it back to the community so you guys can rip code and hack it up too. Some of the stuff in here is coded by me too. I'm working on my own plugin to load balance a server over a LAN with multiple WANs.

Notes:

* The nightvision thing doesn't work (Any ideas why?)

* This plugin parses a file called mapurls.txt in your configs folder so you can dynamically assign sv_downloadurl things.

* You can put mp_longjump to 1 and then people can say longjump or type longjump into console to get longjump.

Its a multi plugin custom put together plugin for a server. Which will be trashed soon for the pop-cd eject-cd and close-cd features.
