No, AMXX cannot modify the HUD, scoreboard, etc. like that.

Well yes, you can customize a little bit of it, but its not worth it. You can only change colors, letter size, and not the pictures, names etc, but well you can make an 'new' scoreboard, but it will never be the same. If i should make this for myself, i would make an umm forgot the word, but the same thing as the Welcome Message, just with the scoreboard, and with exactly the same stuff as this. It could be unavaible to show when alive, but available when death, and if you have it available when you respawn you will get it closed down. This CAN make what you want, but it's not easy to make, and it can make your server to lagg.
