[Request] Client CVAR value querying functions in AMXX core

It would be nice to have access to the new client CVAR querying features via core AMXX functions/forwards as opposed to having to access them through something like fakemeta (which afaik is yet to be updated to support them?)

Anyone with me on this? :o)
