Hello, I need a glow menu for my JB server but I want it where both CTs and admins can use /glow command. Also glow ill be able to be turned on and off. Unlike most of the other glow menus if a CT will not glow a player the admin can do it instead, and if the wrong person is glow it can be turned off.
