Got a Radeon HD 5850
AMD Phenom II x4 940 BE
4 gigs of ram, at 800mhz
700w Coolermaster PSU
Temp of 5850 peaks out at 58-60 degrees
940 peaks out at 42.
Even on stock valve maps, without battles, my fps drops down to 20-30'ish, and my GPU usage dips down to the 20%'s.
Already tried updating drivers, and downgrading drivers.
Uninstalled my AV just to see if that helped, but nope.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
