Im pretty sure that there is plugin in CS 1.6 which allows only to slot players with "b" flag to use microphone talk.

Can u help me pls?

PS: I already did search forum, but i've couldnt find it.

search something like admin talk or admin mute or just the word admin (only in titles).
I think that I saw it somewhere but can't remember, sorry.
