April 14th Update Crashes Garrys Mod Server

The April 14th update causes my Garrys Mod server to crash whenever a player tries connecting (i narrowed down the crash to kigen specifically).

I'm using Sourcemod 1.4.0-hg3259 and Metamod Source 1.9.0-hg746

And posting this in the no longer active Kigen's Anti-Cheat section will fix your Gary's Mod problem in what way?

I didnt know it was inactive. Why doesnt bailopan lock it if its not active.

and what can be replaced by KAC, that normally blocked cheaters?
