I think you have to make a own ban command to do that, that loggs these things to, bacuse you cant see when you added ID's to the banid list.

Maybe you can find it in the amxmodx logg, dont know.

Yea.. if there was some way - (maybe amx_bans plugin has this??) - to get a time of a ban of a steam id, and log it as either banned, or unbanned (But not removed from the list, just noted as unbanned).. This would be interesting...
