only custom plugins im using.. I thought it had to do with AMXmodX

Actually it's not very self explanatory.

More information, what mod, are you using any custom plugins, etc.

I doubt this has ANYTHING to do with AMXX, as most mods have CVARs that can change those.

So, more information.
