Hi All,
i wonder Which linux os compatible for hlds servers ? I'm using centos 5.4 server with 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5 kernel but still server crashing sometimes.
Your advice ?
i think Fedora Core ?

I have one dedicated machine 4GB ram quad9200 CPU 2.6 15mbit line not shared. How many hlds_x support this machine ?

As many as you want. The real question is: how many concurrent players (filled slots) can it run? That depends on several factors like the mod itself, rates, plugins and last but not least: bandwidth.

what is the command in putty to show the info of the vps? pretty useless to ask me though, i would'ent and don't need to lie about it.
