Who have played in CSS Beta? Wow, this gonna be awesome, but it so laggy. OMG. I just started a server with 15 bots and my fps goes down to 15. I looked at achievements(yea, some achieves funny ), looked at stats, thats looks amazing, but I can't play with 15 fps. It laggs like TF2. In CSS i have 60 fps. I agree, my computer is old(Geforce 8500gt, e1400), anyway its so laggy. Does anybody think that Valve fix it?

I think it is just your PC. While I don't have the Beta, TF2 doesn't lag for me and I get 100-300 FPS (depends on what is happening around me) (default rates and everything).

If you have FPS lag in CS: S Beta, then you probably will have in the original CS: S.

I have 60-90 fps in CSS:Beta, but in other source games I have 100-350 :\

It's fine on mine and, as far as I know, most other people's. Again, it's a beta, and they just ported the game to an almost completely new engine.

I believe you can edit it in the command line. Read it somewhere on the steam forums.
