I didn't said cl_allowdownload 1 it's a bad command, I've just taken examples from this plugin's code that are called slowhacking. I could have been another command or parameter, doesn't matter, it's just the way it's done: client cvar is changed without the client permission/knowledge... And the other lines are just the example of changing client's files...
