SERVER WON'T LOAD! HELP!

My server has never had any problems up until now. I tried to install tier0.dll through the task manager for a sourcesdk plugin. The dll didn't work and came up with this.

After I gave up, I wanted to run my TF2 SourceMod server. When I opened the batch file it came up with this and then this.

Please help! I've tried deleting the entire bin folder and running the update tool, but that didn't work.

KInda confused on what you were doing but, load the latest snapshot of sm and the latest metamod and you should be good.

For sourcesdk, i think it might be jacked up now thanks to valves latest updates.

Try running the hldsupdatetool and add the command -verify_all to check the Server files.

Your server isn't receiving an update that you should be getting. I fixed that exact error by constantly running the hldsupdatetool until it bothered to do something. >.> Try taking your addons folder or sourcemod folder out of your tf2 directory, then update the server.(just incase) and then rerun the update tool normally. I didn't use -verify_all when it actually decided to update for me btw.

THOUGH, I only got the second error you mentioned, the launcher .DLL one.

Tried all of that... It still comes up with the same error.

I tried installing it on my Windows 7 partition and it loads fine, but when I try to connect to it, it stops connecting when I have 2 bars left...
