Put InstallGameRules file in configs/orpheu/functions/ dir!

Yeah, I did that already, so I put the post where I added and followed everything he says.

Commented that in windows dedicated hlds worked smoothly, but linux seems that I did not work, I'll try again with new signatures and they let me inform you, thanks.
