This blocks weapon sets, specific weapons, stranges, etc.

There's TF2Items which can leave the weapon models the same but make the attributes normal, I like this method

This one is currently broken until asherkin has the time to rework it.

Not sure about the others, although I believe tNoUnlocksPls is working.

So besides being a copy/paste of another plugin, here are two other issues:

3 Timer_DoEquip functions are defined
The timer has an unnecessary parameter ("derp") which is always 0 and unused
