For some reason on my server, I get all the RTD messages 2 times.

Can you do three things for me?
1.) Most plugins generate a cfg file that contains all the default CVARs in it so you can easily change them. Unless I am just not seeing it for some reason, this one doesn't.

2.) rtd and !rtd work by default but not /rtd. This one is really minor.

3.) Add some kind of CVAR to manage the messaging of the plugin. I want to be able to turn off the welcome message personally but the ability to separately turn off the messages about the players might be usefull to someone else.

sm_rtd_trigger ("rtd,rollthedice,roll") - Chat triggers seperated by commas.

If you get stripped of weapons while having the sniper rifle zoomed in, will result in the scope still is visible, and walking slower.

Also sentry's can see invisible players.

I know on the older versions of RTD the players are able to see a timer in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It shows the cool down time remaining for RTD, when the time is up, is says 'RTD READY!', at least from what I can remember...

This is a great feature of the old RTD, would you be able to include it in a future release?

Put a new version so you can label donators and give them a different percent chance for a good effect:
0.3.8.2:
  • sm_rtd_donator ("") - Set the admin flag required for donators. (must have all flags 'o' or 'ao')
  • sm_rtd_dchance (1.0) - Chance for a good effect if you are a donator.

I originally said I was didn't I. I'll see about adding some of the new tf2 native stuff that didn't exist when this plugin was created along with some bug fixes. Any interesting effects, let me know.
