Add VIP to users.ini with whichever flags you want. Have done a quick edit, VIP flag is defined as ADMIN_KICK. You can change it if you want to by changing this

Just add the VIP's name in users.ini and put the flags needed.

It's Not Working!! I Tried It! Instead Of That Can You Like Give It RCON Flag And Instead Of VIP When I Type /ClassicAdministrator(s) or /ClassicAdmin(s).
