Is the database on the same server, where the webserver is ?
If not, are you sure you have enabled external access ?
Try if you can connect with the same details via a external program to the db (like HeidiSQL)

i have an external mysql database from my css server and i have added for the webpannel the same things with i have put on my css server

Is the DB Error message the only error message, or are there additional error messages ?

this is the only db error i think i must to make external acces to the mysql database

How i can do this with navicat , phymyadmin or heidisql ?
