I don't think it works, some KEYNAMES are defined in sound/sentences.txt, i doubt you can emit other sentences.

Damn, using tasks for that would be much inefficient.

I was thinking cause, npc's use sentences.txt. And it must be the same on server and client to work, right ?

Connor just explained, NPC sentences are defined in sound/sentences.txt, that's what they use and you could use those... but you can't create new custom ones.

Then how do you emit such an NPC sentence? Please give me an example.
For example how do you use the below sentence?
Code:
HG_ALERT3 hgrunt/(t40) shit!(t20), (t50) we! got! hostiles!(p120 t0) clik

Try "!HG_ALERT3" as sample.

I know I'm late to the party, but yeah... You need to play with it. It took me entirely too long to get the sentences correct in Galileo as I wanted to do a good job.

I'm not sure if you know this, so I'll just put it out there... The words you pick apart, to form your sentences, have to be existing ones in the game. It's been quite awhile since I've worked on them so I really am a little fuzzy on the finer mechanics of it all.

Exolent, Emp, and Hunter all gave good information.
