I want to know if it would be easy to modify this plugin to make it read the map names instead. For example, zpo_tanker, the "Panic!" will not work for 2 seconds and for cinema, it won't work for example, 4 seconds. It would be pretty handy since we don't want people who panic to the weapons at round start.

I use this plugin to do exactly what you are after: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=71184
Its great for tweak every setting to just the way I like it for each map
But if you fancy a challenge and don't need to alter any other settings, you could have a crack at merging the two plugins
