Me either. I'm running the latest version of this plugin on the latest SM dev snapshot. Everything works great.

Perhaps you have another plugin conflicting? Are you running the latest SM dev snapshot? Is Is the SDKhooks extension loaded and working correctly on your server?

I'm having the same issue. It looks like the plugin is only selecting the last options for good and bad rolls (i.e. shrink, big head). I tried disabling other plugins (Rank, Advertisements), restoring the default .cfg settings and a SourceMod update, but to no avail. Will check back later to see if there are any solutions.

Use the latest Dev snapshot of sourcemod, then it will work. I am using sourcemod-1.7.0-git5107-linux and it works like a charm.

On a side note, since there was no update for some time, I updated this myself and fixed some issues on some perks (like Force Taunt, since it didn't actually force you to taunt), and I also removed some that was a bit unfair (godmode and noclip) and removed toxic since it was bugged and annoying, I replaced them with my own perks instead :p

My rtd is only rolling Big head and player shrink, I have tried everything this topic has to offer. My dev is up to date, files are not modified. Maybe this is because of the windows version?
