this might not only be me but the server's MYSQL loads a little bit slowly when it comes to the RPG i use and a few other plugins.

this will force every player to be able to see my MOTD before they are allowed to pick a team.

pretty much the same just with a timer and that its forced on every client everywhere from 1 to 30 sec before players can choose teams.
